This presented a problem whenever I attempted to get comfortable because I would constantly hit the controls and bring the chair back to its original position. The theater appears to be changing their seating from the big plush red seats that fully recline and have their controls on the top of the seat to a smaller black chair that does nor fully recline and the controls are on the inside of the chair. She offered me a coupon to see another movie. After the employee radioed him and told him my complaint Mr. I asked for the manger's name and was told his name is Macaroni. I had to get an employee from the concession stand to call someone. At the end of my movie I went to the customer service desk,no one was there. They have yellow " caution" signs up, but the same signs and stickiness was there when we left the theater. No one seems to be checking on its upkeep.īy the soda machines the floors are all sticky. The bathrooms do not seemed to be constantly maintained. I have been here quite a few times this year and it is evident that supervision is sub par. This used to be and,could easily return to being a great theater if someone cared for it.
